We carry out visual inspections and dimensional inspections of products.
In appearance inspection, we detect defects by checking the product shape, scratches, burrs, foreign matter adhesion, etc. In particular, foreign matter adhesion is inspected intensively because it significantly impairs product quality.
Depending on the product shape, material, and application, we may use electronic magnifiers, projectors, or jigs manufactured in-house.
During dimensional inspection, we use image measuring instruments and shape measuring instruments to determine whether the dimensions meet the drawings and record the inspection results.
If the customer wishes, we can also provide a written inspection report for each lot.

This is a quality check to detect visual defects in products.
A defect mode is set for each product, and visual inspection is performed to prevent defective products from being delivered to customers.
Depending on the product, we may conduct inspections other than bulk inspection and alignment inspection, and select an inspection method that takes into account the quantity and product quality to ensure smooth packaging after inspection.

It can also detect abnormalities in tape glue and foreign objects.

Using an image dimension measuring device, we measure dimensions to ensure they comply with the drawings and record the results.
These results are traceable, so when an abnormality occurs it is possible to trace the cause back to the source: shipping lot → manufacturing lot → material lot.
