Press (non-metallic)

Our specialty is non-metallic resin press processing.
We have a wide range of press machines, including servo presses and link motion presses.
We perform punching processing on rectangular or rolled materials according to the conditions.
Depending on the material and shape, bending and drawing processes are also possible.

setup

setup
In-house developed IoT system
The process of attaching and detaching a die to a press and preparing for processing is called die setup.
This die setup is a very important task for improving product quality.
In addition to mounting and dismounting the mold, we also set the processing conditions of the press machine, the automatic conveyor, and in the case of materials that require heating, the conditions of the heating furnace.

In addition, setup time is constantly monitored using our in-house developed IoT system, enabling us to achieve both high precision and reduced setup time.

Press working

Servo Press Machine
Processed product
Unlike general press processing, our method has the following features.
 - Capable of achieving high surface roughness on cross sections through near full shear press processing
・Many of the materials handled are non-metallic, such as resin, paper, film, and fiber.
*Non-ferrous metals and metal foils are also available.
・Thin materials (we have experience processing films with a thickness of 0.01 mm)
~ A wide range of materials can be handled, including thick materials (we have experience processing 6mm thick Bakelite)
*Please feel free to contact us for processing of other thicknesses.
・The manufacturing line does not use processing oil, making it gentle on the product and the global environment.
 - High-speed, high-precision transport using twin roll feeder
・Can also be used for materials with adhesive (double-sided tape) and products that require material heating

Lamination and half-cut processing

die press
Processed product
We perform continuous half-cut processing while laminating (sticking) the adhesive material (double-sided tape) and the backing paper (release paper).
Half-cut processing is a method in which the backing of double-sided tape is not completely cut, but is cut down to the adhesive side (glue side). Since the cut is made with the backing remaining, it is easy to peel off only the necessary parts or remove unnecessary parts.
When performing half cuts, bottom dead center accuracy is extremely important, but our company is able to perform high-precision half cuts thanks to the technology we have accumulated over the years.

There are also processes that only involve lamination.

Punching, bending, and half-cutting (Thomson type, Victoria type, etching blade)

Thomson type servo press
Processed product
We use Thomson dies, Victoria dies and etching dies, which can be produced inexpensively and in a short delivery time.
After the material is set on the table of the crank-type cutting machine, which is equipped with a servo motor and has a high-precision bottom dead center, the product can be punched out accurately and quickly according to the processing program.
In addition, bending can also be performed after perforation or crease processing using a crease blade.
Half-cut processing is also possible with this process.
