Technology Introduction

We at Yamada Seisakusho specialize in non-metal presses. We have many technologies that other companies cannot do, and we have earned the trust of many customers.
In particular, the core of our technology is the mold, which we can design, manufacture, and maintain in-house.
We have worked with various materials so far, and we have fully incorporated the technology we have cultivated in the past into our small molds.
In addition to processing with molds, we are also good at half-cutting adhesive tapes, pressing using Thomson molds and etching molds (pinnacle molds) that can be processed at low cost and in a short delivery time. We will respond flexibly to your requests.

If you have any problems with processing non-metallic materials, please feel free to contact us.
We will manufacture products that satisfy you in terms of delivery time and cost.

Our molds use a unique manufacturing method, and we are challenging materials that are said to be difficult to process.
In addition, in order to respond to a wide range of customer needs, our experience and vast amount of data are the source of our strength.
Our presses range from 4t to 15t.
We are good at punching precision small products, and bending and drawing are also possible.
Thomson type (Vic type). We are able to offer lower costs and quicker delivery times than molds.Suitable for punching adhesive materials and film sheets.
Difficult points include difficulty in precision dimensions, hard materials cannot be punched, durability is low, and it is difficult to handle multiple lots.
In that case, it is possible to reduce the total cost by replacing it with a mold.
The use of NC drilling machines enables high-speed and efficient production of holes that require a rough cross-section.

Half cut is suitable for punching film sheets with adhesive. After punching, the finished product is rolled.

Our measuring equipment. We manage the quality with a strict eye to meet the strict requirements of our customers.

This is our wire cutting machine. In order to create a mold with high precision, we apply electric current to the copper wire and discharge it for processing.
