Notice of Acquisition of Shares of Toritsu Co., Ltd.

Yamada Manufacturing Co., Ltd. acquired all shares of Toritsu Co., Ltd. (1-8-21 Nishikojiya, Ota-ku, Tokyo), a company that performs precision cutting of engineering plastics, on May 11, 2023.
Going forward, we will leverage the synergy between our precision press processing and Toritsu's precision cutting processes to develop our business for the mutual growth of both companies.
