Representative's Greeting

Regarding the material that was said to be "impossible",
Keep providing answers.

Thank you for visiting the website of Yamada Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

Our company began in 1955 by manufacturing dials for automobile meters. For over 70 years since then, we have consistently focused on the unglamorous field of "press processing of difficult-to-process materials."

In this field, there are still many materials that are thought to be "only possible to create by cutting." These include brittle, easily broken materials, materials thinner than a human hair, and hard materials that damage cutting tools. We design and manufacture the molds in-house.Our job is to analyze the behavior of each individual piece and then transform it into a form that can be mass-produced.

We've been receiving an increasing number of inquiries from clients who say, "Other companies have turned us down." For us, these are incredibly encouraging words. It's by tackling unprecedented requests and challenging materials that we've cultivated our technology and created our next flagship products.

On the other hand, what supports our manufacturing operations is the steady accumulation of technical expertise. Maintaining an environment free from processing oils, carefully maintaining our molds, and diligently eliminating potential problems one by one—these daily efforts are what support our consistent quality. We believe that our greatest strength lies in possessing both a "willingness to take on challenges" and the "steadiness of a craftsman."

Our goal is to become an indispensable company for our customers. Please feel free to contact us for consultations ranging from single prototypes to challenging projects involving materials we've never processed before. First, we'll work together to find a solution.
